Dr. Courtney has a page that goes further in depth about how he’s using fresh cannabis, and you can find it here. He primarily uses leaf juice, though he also talks about using the bud as well. Our perspective is less about curing a life-threatening illness like cancer in short order and more about preserving and protecting the health of the body and mind, used as a tonic. Slightly different angles, same plant.

Here is a link to a place where you can download  a .pdf copy of Granny Storm Crow’s List. It’s a current list of almost all scientific studies on cannabis over the years, sorted by disease. Very informative if a bit technical (like, wayyyy technical at times – it’s science!), and useful if you’re looking for specific effects or help with a specific illness. These are the studies that the anti-cannabis folks keep asking for – already done, available for anyone to read.

Here’s  another spot on the web that’s well worth your time, called SkunkPharm Research,  They’re based in Oregon and offer an incredible array and depth of knowledge on extracting the goodness from our favorite plant. A place to go when you want the facts, not just somebody parroting what they’ve heard or guessing what might be. It gets a full 5-stars from all of us here at Cannabis Evangelist!

And we can’t forget the original cannabis/cancer crusader – Rick Simpson! Here is his website, Phoenix Tears (there are imposters if you search on Phoenix Tears – so beware). We’ve purchased and read his e-book and highly recommend it for anyone interested in his story, or in the cannabis/cancer link. Info on the preparation and administration of Rick Simpson’s Oil (or hemp oil as he calls it) in the fight against cancer. Testimonials from those it’s worked for too – a great site overall.
